The SDKT does not believe in legislating within the sovereignty of any persons body, while we wish that every viable life have a chance, we realize it is up to the parent. We recognize viably independent life beginning at 16 weeks.
The SDKT considers the age of consent among minors of like age within the bracket of 2 years to be the age of 16.
The SDKT does its level best to maintain personal sovereignty as defined by God and Men. The finality of judgements dispatched with capital punishment around the world has not accounted for errors in law and judgement. WE therefore do not support capital punishment.
Discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, faith, and/or country of origin for business and governmental purposes is wholly prohibited and strictly forbidden within the SDKT.
The SDKT believes in the complete equality among the sexes. History has shown us that there is no divide in intellect or strength between men and women. If nature sees them as equal so shall we.
Marriage is both a religious institution and a civil contract, in as much the SDKT recognizes marriage as the civil or religious union of any two non related adult individuals of sound mind and judgement, entered into freely.
The wealth and might of the United States of America was built and is still underwritten by the invention and industry of Black and Brown People's. In as much the SDKT believes that all black and brown peoples are owed reparations from their governments respectively. We are not however holding our breath. We consider our sovereign recognition a minimally reparative act.
The SDKT established the Church of Terramor as a pan faith spiritual and religious community, we do however believe in a total separation of Church and State as it pertains to a state religion. The SDKT does not maintain any particular state faith.
The "War on Drugs" has been a dog-whistle in the United States and abroad for the systemic racism that maintains a system of slavery in the United States to this day. The SDKT does not believe in over policing and in keeping with our beliefs on personal sovereignty we have decriminalized all drugs and instituted a system substance abuse victim support.
We have but one planet. The SDKT is committed to the cause of environmental conservation and activism. We stand in solidarity with all countries, organizations, and people who are striving toward the policies and solutions necessary to preserve the environment. A pressing concern at the direct intersection of human rights and environmental protection is the displacement of the people of Cockpit Country in Jamaica for the mining of Bauxite.
The rights of indigenous peoples must be a foundational principle as it is on the bounty of their blessed lands that the world has developed. The SDKT stands with the many Indigenous and First Peoples of the world. Africa is recognized as the cradle of civilization and the beginning of the human evolutionary journey, thus the African (Black, Moor, Foundational American) must be recognized as indigenous.
There are a number of truly pressing global threats. It will take the full effort and invention of each of us to devise the solutions of the future today. The SDKT is eager to work with NGO's on a host and breadth of issues from the environment to humanitarian, and economic concerns. No man is an island and in the present geopolitical landscape countries need each other and the guidance of NGO's more than ever.
