The SDKT at Bir Tawil is springing up from the sands of the Sahara and Nubian Desert. We also have the opportunity to procure uninhabited and unclaimed islands in the South Pacific for additional territory and/or purchase islands from the Bahamas and Belize.
At any given time there are a variety of relatively low cost private islands for sale. Some are virgin and undeveloped while others are equipped with buildings, resorts, and even airports. This can provide a sensible and economical solution to creating a settlement in the western hemisphere closer to the United States.

Solar and wind energy farms are planned to fuel the the Sovereign Democratic Kingdom of Terramor at Bir Tawil. These will be two great tools in our charge toward carbon neutrality.
Geodesic Domes are a great, versatile, eco friendly, and inexpensive building solution that we are planning to deploy widely in the SDKT capital at Bir Tawil and on acquired islands.
We will also be employing shipping container construction techniques in the capital at Bir Tawil. This is incredibly eco friendly and versatile as a construction medium.
We will employ bio brick technology to source green ecofriendly building materials as a pivotal part of our construction plan for the Sovereign Democratic Kingdom of Terramor at Bir Tawil.
