Nations hold consulates and embassies around the world to foster international relations, trusts, cooperation, as well as to support their citizenry abroad. Similarly the DKT is seeking to negotiate consular sites around the world that would allow for both the support of our people abroad, and the growth of our own international investments and cooperation with other nations.
We seek to do this in an efficient and environmentally sound way. The DKT is requesting the use of properties around the world that are otherwise unused and or falling into disrepair. We will enter treaty agreements allowing for their use and our own sovereign authority onsite in exchange for a simple tax negotiated in the treaty.
These properties would be renovated and improved allowing for multi family dwellings, business zones, and government office space. This will allow us to support reasonable housing for our government officers abroad as well as other citizens on the same grounds as our embassies. Thus mid and high-rises become consular cities that can be used to generate additional Moorish investment in our host nations.
